Marketing and Ad Campaigns
To drive tangible engagement and ticket sales, I collaborate across departments to turn visual identities into comprehensive marketing campaigns. From bridging program history in season ticket pushes to executing high-energy event branding for Viking Jam, these projects utilize multi-platform assets including print, social, and in-venue video to build community and increase student attendance
2023-24 BASKETBALL SEASON TICKETS
To bridge the rich history of the basketball programs with modern fan engagement, the goal was to highlight the legendary status of the coaches while driving ticket sales. I developed this design language to utilize high-impact typography, focusing on core concepts and designed specifically to allow for A/B testing across print ads. This design language was carried over into a parking handout and the conference home schedule assets for brand continuity.
The design motif was used in a print ad in a local magazine the following year for continuity as part of a department-wide ticket promotion.
VIKING JAM
Kicking off the basketball season with community excitement, the goal of this campaign was to convey a message of fun and high energy to the student body. I developed this event-based look by tapping into the season's 8-bit graphics package to create a cohesive campaign across posters, social media, promotional videos, and in-house video board graphics.
WECU FREE STUDENT ADMISSION
In collaboration with WECU, the goal was to boost school spirit and increase attendance by removing the financial barrier for students. I developed this campaign to prominently feature the community atmosphere of our games while tapping into the season’s graphics package for a mid-season refresh across posters, campus handouts, and social media.
